The Beginning of the End?

Tomorrow they start laying the flooring.  Is this really the light at the end of the tunnel?  Lay the floor, stain and seal the floor, install the front door, finish stuccoing the front of the house, finish the front porch, put in molding, kitchen cabinet knobs, kitchen back splash (still not chosen), paint the walls, stain the molding and doors, install the plumbing fixtures, install the appliances, install the lighting fixtures and sound system...  Our contractor says we are getting close -- I'm not so sure!
