We moved out of the master bedroom, bathroom, and closet last night fully expecting nothing to have happened when I got home today. but surprise, surprise Javier not only sanded the floor and lay the prep coat, but he also stained the floor! It looks great. That sound is a plane overhead...
They also cleaned off the patio outside the kitchen. We are going to put in acid washed concrete raising it to the door level. We'll have a grill and table for outside "dining!"
