They grouted the tile in the bathroom and laundry room today. I can't wait until we get lights in there. I guess that happens after the walls are painted.
And they stuccoed the house except for the very front which they will do after the columns are finished and the front door installed. It is amazing to watch the guys work. The majority of the time is covering the surfaces that will not get the stucco, then they spray it on and smooth it out. They work really fast!
The color coat starts out dark chocolate brown and dries to a milk chocolate color...
