Got home from school today to find the plumber just finishing up.  He detached the washer and dryer from their place in the bonus room.  I guess I'll have to go to the laundromat this weekend.  :o(  They had pulled out all the carpet and bolted down a frame to build the floor on.  I don't know if you can see it in the picture, but there is a huge slant in the floor from one side to the other.'
